Replacement Policy

What We Will Do Together, We Believe in a WIN-WIN Situation.

Step 1 – Raise a Replacement / Return request at replacement@belladama.in

within 48 hours of the delivery. Stating the valid reasons for your request.

Step 2 – Allow us 7 working days to review your request and email you our findings and observations.

Step 3 – If your request is for replacement and based on our findings we feel your request is valid and satisfactory as a goodwill gesture we will stand by you with our no question asked replacement policy ONCE* This is applicable only on New Arrivals*.

Step 4 – In case of your request for Return and refund. We will stand by your decision by debiting the courier and cod charges levied to the transition which we will convey via email based on actuals. This is applicable only on New Arrivals.

Step 5 – All Replacements, Returns ,Refunds are subject to Original Packaging, Bills, Tags Unbroken, Unused Condition, Undamaged Conditions*

Step 6 – Please note there is no Replacement, Returns 0r Refund for products bought in Sale, Discounts, Promotional Offers Schemes etc.

Step 7 – Based on the mode of payments received we will credit the payments into the account within 15 working days from the date of requests raised. This is applicable only on New Arrivals and Refund.

Step 8 ) Please accept our sincerest apologies In case of wrong Products, designs, colors are delivered. These situations have a no question asked replacement policy with all costs borne by the brand Belladama.  Step 9 Q) Can I cancel my order?
9A ) You can cancel your order by pressing the CANCEL button from the order details page under the My Account section. You just need to give a reason for cancellation and leave the rest to us.

Note – Orders can be only canceled till the status is “Ready to Ship”.
